Civil Servant Loan

This loan is intended for Moroccan public-sector civil servants. Approval remains subject to review and acceptance of the application

TGR stands for Trésorerie Générale du Royaume (General Treasury of the Kingdom). For this loan, the necessary information is shared with TGR to enable the monthly salary deduction and obtain the required confirmation before the funds are transferred

It is the document you must sign by hand to authorise the assignment required for salary repayment. With Credit+, download the blank form from the app, print it, sign it, then upload a photo or scan of the signed document in the app. You do not need to submit it at a branch; everything is done in the app

Your national ID, scanned in the app, and the information shown on your salary slip. The commitment form is the document you need to print and sign by hand

Your monthly instalment is automatically deducted from your salary. You do not need to make a bank transfer each month

After your application has been reviewed, you receive a decision. If it is approved, once you have uploaded the signed commitment form, TGR has confirmed and all required steps are completed, the funds are transferred to your bank account. Timing may vary
